Your voice. Their record.
Polilog is the UK’s first community platform for reviewing and rating local policing. We’re here to give residents a place to be heard and to make accountability visible.
Why we built this
Policing in the UK is built on consent and legitimacy. When people don’t have a clear way to share their experience or see how others feel, that feedback stays scattered and invisible. Polilog brings it together—tied to your actual neighbourhood and the teams that serve it.
We use the official Police UK API so the data you see is the same open data published by forces. We don’t replace or reinterpret it. We surface it, add community reviews and ratings, and make it easy to find your area and have your say.
What we believe
- 01
Transparency builds trust
When people can see data and feedback in one place, they can form their own view of local policing.
- 02
Communities should be heard
Reviews and ratings from residents add context that official stats alone can’t provide.
- 03
Accountability is local
Policing is delivered at force and neighbourhood level. Feedback should be too.
- 04
Privacy matters
You can post anonymously. We’re designed so you can share your experience without fear.
Independent platform
Polilog is not affiliated with any police force, Police and Crime Commissioner, or government body. We are an independent platform that uses open data and community input to help residents see and review local policing. Official crime and team data comes from the Police UK API; reviews and ratings are submitted by users.
